In 1972 DTA launched for the first time in the world a multimode steering system with electronic control intended to vehicles for load transfer at the shipyard Puerto Real in Spain. Since then, DTA has made its way in state of art technology to manufacture drawbar trailers or self-propelled vehicles of cutting-edge technology.:

· Hydrostatic Self-propelled

· Multimode Electronic Steering

· Hydraulic Elevation

· Electronic leveling of the load

In RISSA we advise you without obligation, our commercial department and DTA R & D remain at your service to help you, as one of our objectives is to give you the best solution at the best price. We design and manufacture according to our customer’s requirements at all times.

In RISSA we work to guarantee best service through innovation and continuous improvement with a focus on the reliability of our products, also training our engineers and technicians and complying with product’s delivery time at customer’s site

Do you need a special vehicle to move heavy loads in confined areas?

Do you need a special transporter to handle loads?

Are you looking for an efficient solution for your daily cargo handling operations?

Are you looking for an equipment device to facilitate loads and unloads operations?

Do you believe that there may be another way to handle, store, load and unload products in order to reduce transfer operation times, cycles, risks and costs?

All our products are supplied with:

  • CE Certificate

  • Other Certificates according to customer’s country site.

  • Maintenance and Operation Manual

  • Information Plate

  • List of recommended spare parts

  • Technical Remote Assistance 24 hours a day for the whole year

Remote control

DTA vehicles use a remote control with an intuitive and simple interface that has a control screen where the battery, the warnings and the movements of the vehicles are shown.

We do every step of the fabrication process.

1º INITIAL DESIGN:

2º WELDING:

3º MECHANIC, ELECTRIC AND HIDRAULIC ASSEMBLING:

4º FINAL RESULT:

Before we start the design of any of our transporters, RISSA and DTA makes a previous analysis of every frame steel structure for achieving a robuts and reliable transporter.

The calculation of the finite element method (FEM) is:

  • Once the component under study (bogie, frame, etc.) has been designed, a simplification of the model is performed to reduce processing times.
  • The materials to be used in the pieces are selected.
  • The calculation solver parameters are adjusted.
  • Model loads and constraints are introduced.
  • Se malla el conjunto
  • Solver is run for results.
  • The results are evaluated to verify if the component resists loads or not.
  • Reports are extracted.
