Remote control

DTA vehicles use a remote control with an intuitive and simple interface that has a control screen where the battery, the warnings and the movements of the vehicles are shown.

We do every step of the fabrication process.





Before we start the design of any of our transporters, RISSA and DTA makes a previous analysis of every frame steel structure for achieving a robuts and reliable transporter.

The calculation of the finite element method (FEM) is:

  • Once the component under study (bogie, frame, etc.) has been designed, a simplification of the model is performed to reduce processing times.
  • The materials to be used in the pieces are selected.
  • The calculation solver parameters are adjusted.
  • Model loads and constraints are introduced.

  • The results are evaluated to verify if the component resists loads or not.
  • Reports are extracted.
